ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Care Representative with Jason M Flatch State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful insurance agency for over 24 years. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit within our team that has 80+ years of combined experience. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with other agency team members in a fun and customer friendly community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance, appointments, payments, along with office coordination of supplies and maintaining a customer friendly environment.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach in all we do.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service, ethically and honestly.
- Able to effectively relate to customers as well as the team members in a fun and friendly environment.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive in problem-solving, solution based ideas, and multi-tasking.
