ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Flatch - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to prospective clients
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture ongoing sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through lead generation efforts
  • Track and manage sales activity through CRM tools and daily reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensación: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
